Credit Card Refund Policy
All refund requests and disputes must be submitted in writing to the company within thirty (30) days from date of payment. Disputes submitted after thirty (30) days will be declined by the company. Refunds will only be approved in cases of billing errors or duplicate payments. Company makes no guarantee of service except in the case of a service failure for freight shipped under our Guaranteed Delivery Service as defined in our Operating Tariff GLDF-300.
